MBA

Give your business skills a promotion with this MBA focused on experience. The program is one of the area's oldest, educating professionals for nearly 40 years. On average, business faculty members have 18 years of real-world experience before teaching, and most have doctoral degrees as well. Class sizes are small (around 20 students), so students can get the most out of each course and network effectively with classmates. Concentrations include Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, International Business, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, and Data Analytics. Full-time day, part-time evening, Saturday, and offsite schedule options are available.

  • Tuition:
    • Evening: $612 per credit*
    • One year (full-time): $36,420 complete degree program tuition*

  • Course Format:
    • Evening: Meet one night a week (Monday - Thursday) from 5:45 - 8:45 pm on the UIndy campus (summer classes meet from 5:45 - 9:15 pm)
    • One year (full-time): Meet on UIndy campus from 8 - 11 am Monday through Thursday, with some classes meeting in the afternoon
    • Saturday: Meet on the UIndy campus 8:30 am - 3:30 pm on Saturdays, with a break for lunch
    • Off-campus cohort: Meet two nights a week from 5:45 - 8:45 pm at an off-campus location in Carmel or Fishers/Noblesville.

Management

Gain the skills to lead in the workplace. The MSM provides students with a thorough grounding in business management fundamentals such as finance, business ethics, marketing, change management, human resource management, quantitative analysis, and project management principles. The program ends with a capstone course that enables students to apply their skills in an integrative project. This degree takes place over six semesters, and classes meet in the evening to accommodate the schedules of working professionals.

Human Resource Development & Administration

The Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Development & Administration will help you develop skills and knowledge needed to advance your career. The program covers the many aspects of human resource management, including organizational and career development, human behavior, talent development, benefit options and records management.
